INDIA 2069-III
Today , I saw that AAP was left freely by the delhi high court in office of profit case.
It's very shocking to those who mocked AAP and reduced the power of indian judiciary in their minds .
In actual , the office of profit case wasn't meant to be filed on AAP or anyone for that matter as according to constitutional experts thee has not been any clarification in this context by the indian constitution or the election commision of india.
It's a very sad day for indian constitution as the case was registered just for the sake of politics by a ruling indian party and the most depressing point was that it also used two most fundamental pillars of our modern democracy :
*The president
*The election commision of india
Both of the institutions signed on the office of profit case against AAP marking it to be true but finally truth prevailed and indian judiciary gave its clearance on this case.
In India 2069 , people will not dare to play with constitutional institutions and organisations just for the sake of politics.
It will be seen as a very bad decision by the people and people may revolt against it as oppose to today's situation.
There will be a harsh punishment for the parties doing this kind of things like debarring them from contesting elections for maybe more than 10 years.
And BTW , the presidential institutional and other organisations will be not run by any individual people but by an AI powered robot which takes decision based on pure laid out rules and regulations in Indian constitution and not by any pressure of political parties.
The technology is surely going to help us in the politics also.
